Our demo plane is on its way home! Our intrepid pilot Mike had a late start due to weather in and around Oshkosh this morning. You're hearing (reading?) it here first, folks! The Aeropilot Legend 600 is now CERTIFICATED as a LSA in the United States! That's right... we've gone through an FAA inspection and earned our Airworthiness Certificate! No pictures on this blog post as the team is in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to facilitate this inspection, and are now working on the cross-country flight details to bring the Legend 600 back to its home base in Fullerton, California.
